Exchanges/Returns

1. Return Period and Merchant Response Time

  • Time Period for Returns: You have 12 months from receipt of your items to initiate a return due to defects. Return in related to incorrect supply of stock items must be received via email within 7 days of receiving items.
  • Merchant Response: Notify Swift Mobility in advance for all returns. Contact us within this 12-month window to begin the return process, and we will provide prompt assistance and instructions.

2. Conditions for Returns and Merchant Response

  • Conditions for Return: We accept returns only for items that are defective. This includes new or slightly used (opened) products. Items must be returned in their original condition and with all original packaging.
  • Merchant Response: All returns require prior approval from Swift Mobility. Unapproved shipments will not be accepted. Contact our customer support for pre-approval and detailed instructions.

3. Method of Return and Merchant Acknowledgment

  • Method of Return: Approved returns should be sent back via mail. Customers are initially responsible for the return shipping charges. However, if the returned item is confirmed to be defective, we will refund the shipping fees and provide replacement parts or products at no additional cost.
  • Merchant Acknowledgment: We will inspect the returned item upon receipt and notify you regarding the status of your return.

4. Cost of Return Shipping and Merchant Return Offers

  • Cost of Return Shipping: Initially, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If the return is due to a defective product, shipping fees will be refunded.
  • Merchant Return Offers: Approved returns of defective items will receive a replacement part or product at no additional cost. There are no restocking fees.
